Easy Dog Calming and Travel Formula is a safe and natural supplement intended to relax, not sedate, and control nervous behavior. The Easy Dog ingredients are designed to support brain health, help control nervous behavior or mild aggression, and help your dog travel better.  Taking this product would be like you eating a turkey dinner and having a few beers.  You would feel relaxed, but not be sedated.  The L-Tryptophan is a natural amino acid found in warm milk and turkey, and the chamomile and ginger are common tea ingredients.  The complete ingredients and their benefits are listed below.

L-Tryptophan:  An essential amino acid and natural relaxant.  Tryptophan is a precursor of serotonin and vitamin B3.  This ingredient has been researched for its effect on aggression*.

Taurine:  An amino acid, important for controlling the release of chemical signals between nerve cells in the brain.  Supplementation can help minimize nervous behavior.

Niacinamide (vitamin B3):  Vital as a nervous system and brain function vitamin.
