PREDATOR OUTDOOR PRODUCTS, LLC WARRANTY
i-Kam XTREME 3.0
The limited warranty set forth below is given by Predator Outdoor Products ("Predator") with respect to the i-Kam XTREME 3.0 purchased with this limited warranty. The i-Kam XTREME 3.0 purchased with this limited warranty is the only product to which this warranty card and the limited warranty provided by Predator and stated on the card apply.
Your i-Kam XTREME 3.0, when delivered to you in new condition in its original container, is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase, defective parts or a defective i-Kam XTREME 3.0 returned to Predator, and proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired with new or comparable rebuilt parts or exchanged for a refurbished i-Kam XTREME 3.0, as determined by Predator.
This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the i-Kam XTREME 3.0, and does not apply in the following cases:
a. Loss of or damage to the i-Kam XTREME 3.0 due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in Predator's user manual or services performed by someone other than Predator. Without limiting the foregoing, water damage, sand/corrosion damage, dropping the mobile video eyewear recorder, scratches, abrasions or damage to the body or lenses, or damage to the connectors or cables, AC adapter or memory card (when applicable), will be presumed to have resulted from misuse, abuse or failure to operate the i-Kam XTREME 3.0 as set forth in the operating instructions.
b. Use of parts or supplies (other than those sold by Predator) that cause damage to the i-Kam XTREME 3.0 or cause abnormally frequent service calls or service problems.
NO IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLIES TO THE i-Kam XTREME 3.0 AFTER THE APPLICABLE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTY, EXCEPT AS MENTIONED ABOVE, GIVEN BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WITH RESPECT TO THE i-Kam XTREME 3.0 SHALL BIND PREDATOR. (SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.) PREDATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF REVENUES OR PROFITS, INCONVENIENCE, EXPENSE FOR SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR SERVICE, STORAGE CHARGES, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE i-Kam XTREME 3.0, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND EVEN IF PREDATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST PREDATOR BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE i-Kam XTREME 3.0 SOLD BY PREDATOR AND CAUSING THE ALLEGED DAMAGE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY TO YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY AND TO OTHERS AND THEIR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF USE OR MISUSE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE i-Kam XTREME 3.0 NOT CAUSED DIRECTLY BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF PREDATOR. (SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.) THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE i-Kam XTREME 3.0, OR THE PERSON FOR WHOM IT WAS PURCHASED AS A GIFT, AND STATES YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
• Step 1:
Please email Predator Outdoor Products Customer Care at info@predatoroutdoorproducts.com. To return an i-Kam XTREME 3.0, the product must have been purchased within 90 days from an authorized dealer, and must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase*.
• Step 2:
A Return Authorization Form will be emailed to you. Please fill out the form completely and include the Return Authorization number (RA#-Provided by Customer Care).
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE i-Kam XTREME 3.0 UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. PREDATOR WILL REFUSE ANY PRODUCT SHIPPED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
• Step 3:
Ship the i-Kam XTREME 3.0 and Proof of Purchase with the Return Authorization Form to the address below. Postage and all shipping (and insurance costs, if desired) shall paid by the customer. Please pack the item(s), with all the original packaging and supporting materials, safely and securely. Return all parts that came with the product, whether they are defective or not. Failure to return all parts will void warranty. We recommend that you ship the product using FedEx Ground/UPS or a carrier that can provide you with tracking information. Send the product(s) with the proof of purchase, postage pre-paid to:

IF YOU PURCHASED THE i-Kam XTREME 3.0 FROM A RETAIL STORE, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN IT THERE AS THIS WILL DELAY THE WARRANTY AND/OR REPAIR PROCESS.
• Step 4:
If Predator agrees that the product is defective and covered under the warranty, we will send out a repaired or replacement product. Predator will inform the buyer in writing of any warranty claims disallowed and the reasons for disallowance.
*Please note: You must save your original receipt from your authorized i-Kam XTREME 3.0 dealer as proof of purchase. It is required to return the product. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Paypoint, etc. will not be accepted. Products returned without proof of purchase may not be warranted
